Getting started with Sylvan Online is easy:

• Step 1: Call 1-888-EDUCATE or e-mail your local Sylvan Learning Center. We'll take the time to listen to your concerns and discuss your goals.
  
  
• Step 2: Schedule a Sylvan Skills Assessment^®. This diagnostic test will take place in-person at your local Sylvan Center and will identify your child's unique needs and strengths. Based on this assessment, we will develop a customized curriculum specific to each student's needs.
  
  
• Step 3: At this point, students are ready to begin live, online tutoring with Sylvan Online. Your local Sylvan Center will provide you with all of the tools necessary to create an interactive learning experience in your home, including a hands-free headset, digital pen and writing pad.

• Progress Reports: at regular intervals throughout the program, your local Sylvan Center will arrange in-person conferences to discuss your child's progress and ensure he or she is academically on track.
